Shipping Instructions & FAQ

We use DLS Worldwide for all our shipping of machines, at very competitive rates.

A: Do you have a dock or forklift? If the answer is NO, then you need a lift gate.

A liftgate will bring the machine from the over-the-road truck down to ground level.

PLEASE NOTE: Lift gate deliveries result in 89.2% of all damaged items, due to interline carriers. Only use lift gate delivery if it is necessary. Dock-to-dock delivery to a business is the safest option. Lift gate deliveries can be safe if you use a direct carrier. If you require a lift gate please choose one of the carriers listed below that do not interline. They send machines through without using sub-carriers for the lift gate delivery, so the chance of damage is greatly reduced.

A: Based on customer satisfaction spread over hundreds of shipments, these are the highest rated carriers when a lift gate is needed. Because of this fact, our shipping system will only quote the recommended carriers if the lift gate option is chosen, and the cost for these carriers is significantly higher.

When available, most customers that need lift gate delivery choose:

3. DHE
4. FedEx Freight
5. Conway Freight

A: Based on customer satisfaction spread over hundreds of shipments, these are the highest rated carriers for dock-to-dock delivery, prioritized based on cost when no lift gate is needed.

When available, most customers choose:

3. DHE

A: Please note that over-the-road freight companies do not provide inside delivery and that the driver WILL NOT move the machine into your building.

If you cannot move the machine inside the building yourself and need inside delivery, please hire a local furniture or appliance moving company. These types of movers can be found in most local directories.
